Can I return a perfume?
Due to hygiene and safety, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my perfume arrives damaged or leaking?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to begin updating.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
This can be normal during transit. If there is no update for an extended period, contact us and we will check with the courier.
