REFUND POLICY

We want you to shop with confidence at ScentLounge24. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • It is in original packaging

  • A return request is made within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Personal-care items that have been unsealed

  • Items damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
Banks may require additional time to post the funds.
